We take pride in our reputation for quality and value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we'll assist you with a prompt refund. Returns will be accepted up to 90 days from purchase date. The item must be returned in new condition, in the original box (whenever possible), and with a note specifying your order number and the reason for the exchange or return.
- 1-7 days: Full Refund
- 8-15 days: 25% restocking fee
- 16-30 days: 50% restocking fee
- 30-90 days: 75% restocking fee
- You have 90 days from receipt of the product(s) to return it
- All products being returned must be in new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Note: Orders with free shipping will be charged a $20 shipping fee
You can always return items if they are defective. If you believe your product is defective please send it back along with the return form explaining the defect.
What about used items?
Used products are not acceptable for a refund as we only sell brand new items to our customers. IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT(S) IN UNSALEABLE CONDITION we will ship the product back to you and will NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH A REFUND.
We accept exchanges only if the item is received in new condition. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the item by following the Return Instructions.
If the color, size or other details do not suit you and you wish to exchange the product, we undertake (on the condition that the returned product(s) are new, unused and in their original packaging) to offer you the shipping costs of your new order. However, we do not return nor exchange custom items such as patchwork cowhides, except for damage caused by shipping. Return shipping is on behalf of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 10 days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. You may also check the status of your return by logging into your account and viewing your order history. We will email you a receipt confirming the credit.
Please note: Once we initiate the credit for your eCowhides.com return, the actual date that the refund is posted to your account is determined by the company which issued the original payment.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 7 days of delivery at 1.877.572.9361. Please supply the order number from your packing slip or original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. eCowhides.com will make every reasonable steps to assist you with your return.
If there is extensive damage to the box upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1.866.620.5913. Please have your order number available when you call.
