Customer Service Not So Great
I requested two returns 4 days ago on the same day the package arrived because the product was not what I was looking for color wise. It is a 7 day return policy in order to avoid any restocking fee one wonders if this is intentional to delay. The return department has to call ME, and you only speak with someone taking the request for the returns department this is so cumbersome and unnecessary empower your people to do the job. The return policy was very confusing what they state not the website and what is printed on the invoice inside the box are completely different. If the policy on the invoice 30 days, straightforward and not restocking fee is their return policy, I would do business with them and order more rugs to find what I am looking for color wise. There are variables with a product like this but the policies don’t encourage one order with confidence.
